Founded in 1925 and based in Easton, PA Victaulic is the world's largest ISO 9001 certified manufacturer of Mechanical Pipe Joining Products, couplings fitting and valves.  Victaulic products are used around the globe in various piping applications, including commercial projects, industrial manufacturing facilities, municipal water/wastewater treatment systems, mining and oil field operations.

LEAD PROJECT MANUFACTURING  ENGINEER

 

 







 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

1.  Support manufacture and process development of Victaulic products including process improvements in foundry and manufcaturing operations.

2.   Develop process and standard work as needed to support new product introductions and iprove curent processes.

3.  Support “Lean” initiatives and facilities excellence map progress in forks and other domestic and global locations as needed.

4.  Support day to day manufacturing, assembly and foundry operations as neded in the Lehigh Valley.

5.  Travel required, 25% domestic and globally as needed.

6.  Work closely with Product Managers, Supply Chain, Design Engineering and Quality in Product Development.

Qualifications:

1.  B.S. Mechanical Engineering/ or Technical Degree and equivalent work expereince

2.  2-5 years minimum experience in a manufacturing environment.

3.  Project Management Skills required.

4.  CNC (Computer Numeric Control) experience, automation experience, or foundry experience preferred.

5.  Six Sigma certification or strong knowledge of Six Sigma Tools preferred.

6.  Willingness to travel as required to support global process implementations
