LEAN Manufacturing Manager

Revere Smelting & Refining Corporation, a world leading producer of recycled lead, is currently in search of a Lean Implementation Manager for our Middletown, NY facility. Reporting to the Vice President of the NY facility, a successful candidate will be responsible for:Training and coaching all facility personnel to facilitate the principles of Lean manufacturing;Promote Lean participation at all levels of the organization;Utilize all available means to communicate successes of the Lean implementation;Coordinate and monitor all Lean projects;Foster continuous growth in all areas of Lean Learning;Generate ideas concerning Lean application for discussion, review and implementation;maintain and analyze metrics and report to appropriate personnel;Cross plan best practices sharing to the facility;Manager the Idea Generation program

A desirable candidate will have:Good verbal and written communication skills;Experience applying Lean practices in an industrial environment;Prior exposure Lean Learning training or Lean certification;2-5 years a a Lean Leader with proven results as a change agent;Ability to wear a full face respirator when working with the production employees in the plant.
