Support the comprehensive implementation of Lean Six Sigma within the Organization. Identify, lead and complete Lean Six Sigma cross-functional Projects that will drive Operational Excellence, Dramatic Growth and Dual Citizenship within the category of responsibility. Lead in the creation and/or improvement of the Lean Six Sigma Training Curriculum for all levels of the Organization. Lead and conduct the training of Champions, Black Belt, Green Belt and Yellow Belt candidates within the Organization. Coach and mentor Project Champions, Black Belts and Green Belts in the application of Lean Six Sigma to ensure teams are successful in meeting project goals. Advise management and provide strategic direction on Lean Six Sigma project selection, integration, resources and prioritization. Lead in the delivery and continuous development of Black Belt and Green Belt Design for Lean Six Sigma and DFSS training programs. Formulate, define, design and implement business processes

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
? Lean Six Sigma implementation across the Security Technologies Sector
? Lean Six Sigma training
? Incorporation of Lean Six Sigma tools into business processes and design activities within Security Technologies Sector
? Coaching and mentoring of Lean Six Sigma belts and champions
? Liaison between the Corporate Six Sigma Deployment Champion and Operations
? Support LSS functional leaders by closlely working with them on VSM, OpEx Road Map and LSS project selection and priortization to deliver annual productivity goals
OBJECTIVES:
? Deliver $500,000 in annual LSS productivity savings
? Coach and mentor Lean Six Sigma Black Belts or Green Belts to deliver an additional $500,000 in annual savings
? Provide over 400 hours of DMAIC, DFSS and/or DMADV training for Executives, Champions, Black Belts, Green Belts or Yellow Belts
? Implement DFSS principles on a minimum of two New Product Development projects per year
? Generate and manage a project pipeline identifying business opportunities that will help drive Operational Excellence, Dramatic Growth and Dual Citizenship for SSA
? Develop metrics to effectively track Lean Six Sigma performance across the Category and Sector

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge & Work Experience:
? Black Belt Certification Required, Master Black Belt Certification Preferred
? 300+ hours of Black Belt/Green Belt teaching/training experience
? Capability to work between DMAIC and DFSS disciplines in manufacturing and transactional areas
? Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Marketing background
Education & Minimum Years of Experience:
3-5 years work experience
Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred
Additional Skills (Computer/Technical):
Excellent presentation and training skills
Proficient in the use and teaching of Minitab for Statistical analysis
