Lead Technical Specialist - PM Shift

UV Color is the Premier Card Manufacturer in the Industry. UV Color produces the highest quality gift cards, prepaid phone cards, collectable, trading and game cards available in the market today. Serving some of the most recognizable names in the retail, telecommunications, trading, collectable and game card industries, UVC manufactures hundreds of millions of cards every year. Currently we are seeking a Lead Technical Specialist to work in our rapid-growth, innovative manufacturing environment. Primary Responsibilities: The Lead Technical Specialist is responsible for overseeing the optimization & continuous improvement in the Overwrapping Department. The overwrapping department consist a variety of machinery including cutting, packaging, affixing, and variable imaging card personalization lines.  You will partner with operations, maintenance and engineering to oversee the operation of these complex and integrated manufacturing processes. Hours: This exempt position is scheduled to work the PM shift (Mon-Thurs, 4:45pm-5am).The ideal candidate will have:

·  2-3 years supervisory experience

·  strong mechanical aptitude

·  2 year technical/engineering degree or equivalent manufacturing experience

·  the ability to diagnose problems & implement solutions.
