Lean Enterprise Coach

The position of Lean Master Coach is developed specifically to implement Lean Enterprise philosophies and tools. These individuals will be responsible for specific areas of transformation/development such as Shop Floor Kaizen, Design for Lean Sigma, Customer and Supplier Relations or Business Process Improvement.

The job includes coaching, training, mentoring and facilitation of improvement in varies areas within the company to successfully implement the Lean Enterprise practices. The positions report directly to the Director of Global Continuous Improvement who has responsibility for the Lean Sigma strategy and transformation. As a part of the Global Continuous Improvement team you will have the opportunity to actively participate in the strategic direction of the Lean Sigma transformation for the company. A qualified applicant will have a Bachelors Degree Over four years of direct experience coaching/training and implementation of Lean Enterprise. They will have extensive experience in Kaizen facilitation and have professional experience in a manufacturing operations company. The applicant must be capable to communicate and interact at all levels and have a high degree of presentation and training skills. The applicant must have the ability to travel internationally and domestically, up to 30%.
