Lean Enterprise Manager

We have been engaged by a client well known throughout the nation as the leader in its industry.  The company is a world leader in the design, manufacture, sale and service of their product for both the consumer and commercial markets. Due to growth and some internal movement they have engaged our office to assist them in their search for top talent. We are searching for Lean Enterprise Manager who has the ability to create a vision of where they need to be, build a consensus among their staff and create and execute a plan to achieve the vision and make tough decisions quickly to keep lean projects on track.  You will have the responsibility for managing the facilities team.  Offering a challenging professional environment this opportunity should provide visibility that is crucial to personal, as well as, career growth.   Responsibilities: Provide leadership and technical skills for Kaizen events and other lean initiatives. Coordinate lean activities to achieve corporate lean manufacturing goals and expectations. Actively participate in company-wide lean coordination and communication teams. Timely communication of updated information regarding key lean metrics. Maintain updated Value Stream Maps and provide ongoing coordination of Performance Metrics tracking system. Provide appropriate lean training for facility employees. Follow -up on action plans with events to ensure activities are moving forward. Oversee building modification, expansion, and equipment selection.  Qualifications: B.A. /B.S. from a four year college or university in engineering field. Minimum of 3 years of lean manufacturing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
