Lean Manufacturing Coordinator

A growing non-automotive manufacturing plant located between Knoxville, Tennessee and the Tri-Cities area is seeking a Lean Manufacturing Coordinator to take this plant to the next level of efficiency. This person will establish a solid 5S enviroment, conduct a major kaizen event (and a couple of minor events) per week, and train associates on the shop floor to comply with the culture.

This candidate must have 3-5 years experience implementing Lean Manufacturing efforts in a manufacturing environment, 5S and Kaizen experience. Six Sigma experience is a major plus. A 4 year or 2 year degree is required.
