A Lean Manufacturing Engineer at Fluid Management has the skills, ability, mindset, and drive for continuous improvement, specifically through implementing lean manufacturing and value stream mapping techniques. Using these techniques, your first mission will be to implement and document standard work in the production cells for one of our high-profile value stream lines Your ability to embrace and lead change by introducing new methods designed to increase production efficiency through Kaizen events that you co-manage will be central to your success in this role. To get this done, you will need to work closely with all levels within our organization, including your engineering peers, outside vendors, labor, production, sales, and customer service. This position is ideally suited for someone who has a knack for process improvement and a penchant for ensuring great things are accomplished in the most efficient way.
