Ingersoll Rand Industrial Technologies provides products, services and solutions that enhance our customers' energy efficiency, productivity and operations. Our diverse and innovative products range from complete compressed air systems, tools and pumps to material and fluid handling systems and environmentally friendly microturbines. •Work on projects tied to critical value streams – assess and map current state, initiate and execute projects to achieve future state Lean Six Sigma objectives.
•Complete two to four projects annually, delivering $400k - $800k annual productivity savings by completing projects tied directly to OI or Inventory improvement.
•Lead a minimum of 6 – 9 kaizens per year.
•Transfer knowledge of Lean Six Sigma to others by:
oProviding Lean Six Sigma training to green belts
oConducting Lean Fundamentals training to all employees
oMentoring green belt projects through completion and delivering a minimum of $50k in savings per project
•Contribute to the development of a pipeline of projects for the plant/facility/functional area.

•Bachelors Degree required
•Masters Degree preferred
•Must have above average understanding of Six Sigma methodology, tools, and philosophy.
•Must have Black Belt certification or must complete requirements for certification within the first 12 months on the job.
•Excellent leadership and team building skills.
•A high level of business acumen, including understanding of business processes and value stream mapping.
•Strong quantitative reasoning skills, including the ability to understand and draw conclusions from raw statistical data.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.

•Demonstrated high performance/high potential in previous positions. (Consistent ranking as ‘meets all’ or ‘substantially exceeds’ expectations.)
