Lean Support Administrator

Zep Inc. Zep Inc. has a solid presence throughout America and in the international marketplace, reaching into every major city in the United States, Canada and a number of cities in Western Europe. Position Summary: Responsible for the general application of ZBS, Pull systems, Standard Work and 5S in the Manufacturing facility  Essential Job Functions & Accountabilities: Audit current lean processes and systems. Participate in Kaizen events and ensure that Kaizen or Lean goals and objectives are maintained.Provide administrative support for Plant Manager, ABS Deployment Managers, Value Stream Managers and Kaizen Event Leaders.

 Education & Experience Requirements:  A high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.), may include specialized or vocational courses.1 – 2 years general experience in the Manufacturing industry is acceptable. Lean experience in Pull systems, standard work and 5S preferred.Share Point, Value Stream mapping, Meeting facilitation and Presentation skills are needed. MS Office Product skills required, along with proficiency skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Good organizational, prioritization and follow up skills are necessary. Interpersonal skills with both Leadership and peers needed.
