Line Operator/Packer

Shift Work:  Nights (possibly days)  12 hr. shifts rotating from 3 days/week to 4 days/week-alternating.

 

Reports to Production Supervisor.

Job description and Responsibilities:

 

Line packer is responsible for inspection of wound strapping, data recording, removing and restarting coils, packaging and labeling.

 

Other miscellaneous duties include learning winder set-ups, other Q.C. equipment, feeding scrap to grinder and keeping work area clean.

 

Job Requirements:  GED

  Experience in an Industrial setting (continuous operations a plus)

  Plastics background a plus.
