The Americas Trade Compliance Administration role is a part of the Verigy WW Trade Compliance Organization reporting directly to the Verigy Trade Compliance Manager. In this capacity the individual is responsible to serve as the focal point for all Americas  related trade compliance polices and regulations in support of the Verigy Business.

Essential Duties and Accountabilities:Provides daily support for all Trade Compliance process and policy related items within the Americas Region while helping to support, as required, all Americas regional operational and day-to-day process related issues. Responsible for the development and reporting of a monthly set of business specific key performance indicators: all shipment delays; AES reporting; and duties and brokerage fees in support of the Americas operations. Work closely within a virtual set of third party resources within the Americas region in order to ensure the accuracy and quality of all Verigy trade compliance processes within the assigned region, as well as support for other regions as required. Support and assist in special programs and projects as required to improve Verigy’s trade compliance network into and within the Americas. Responsible for the development of process guidelines and procedures in relation to Verigy’s Americas region business compliance programs. Provide trade compliance support for Verigy’s third party logistics functions as a part of their daily operational support parts and trade systems solutions. Work cross regionally to support Verigy’s businesses in the development of cost effective and efficient trade compliant programs. Conduct periodic assessments of Verigy’s trade compliance processes to ensure overall adherence to developed procedures, while ensuing they are consistent with all specific regulatory policies. Provide backup support to the Americas Region Trade Compliance Manager for all region specific issues related to our inbound and outbound supply chain.
