Our continued growth necessitates our seeking an additional Machine Repair Technician. In this position you will:

Ø      troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failure.

Ø      repair production equipment

Ø      wire and maintain a variety of electrical equipment

Ø      perform skilled fitting/adjusting operations in any of the following trades:

·        mechanical

·        electrical

·        hydraulics

·        welding

Requirements

Ø      Must have full understanding of electronic, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems related to machine tool equipment, with the ability to  read and understand electronic, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics.

Ø      Familiarity with CNC controls, DC & AC servo drives a plus.

Ø      Experience maintaining/repairing sheet metal punching/bending equipment would be a big plus.

Ø      Should be able to perform most tasks independently and with minimal supervision.

Ø      Must be able to work 2nd shift on a limited rotation basis (two weeks on 2nd shift out of every 10 weeks).

 

Salary Range:  $18-22 dollars an hour, depending on skills and experience.
