MAINTENANCE ELECTRICIAN/MECHANIC

We currently have opportunities for team-oriented Maintenance Electrician/Mechanics at our Santa Ana, CA facility.  The description and qualifications are as follows:

 

Description:

 

·   Knowledge and ability to assemble, troubleshoot and rebuild Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Mechanical Systems and their related components

 

·  Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and repair Electronic Systems and Program Logic Controllers

 

·  Proven knowledge and demonstrated ability in the following areas:

·  Welding

·  Fabrication of parts using tools and equipment

·  Blow molding technology

·  Measurement, interpretation and application of Quality Systems as related to the Blow Molding process (prefer)

 

·  Working knowledge of three phase electricity controls and components

 

·  Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics

 

·  Ability to effectively train other employees in technical skill areas

 

·  Ability to safety operate a fork truck

 

·  Must possess solid leadership qualities, including team building and excellent communications skills.





 

Requirements

 3+ Years relevant experience in an industrial environment.Industrial automation and controls experience.PLC troubleshootingStrong mechanical and process troubleshooting.General knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.  Knowledge of SPC and quality procedures a plus.Plastics industry experience helpful.Willing and able to perform all mechanic and electrical tasks as required.Willing to work off shift 

 

Education

 High School diploma or Equivalent is required.  Prefer candidate to have Technical/Trade School education.  College Education or technical apprenticeship training a plus.
