MAINTENANCE MECHANIC

Liqui-Box Corporation, DuPont Liquid Packaging Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of E.I. DuPont Nemours, is in search of a Maintenance Mechanic - Level A, for its injection molding plant located in Upper Sandusky, Ohio.  This is an hourly paid job and reports to the Site Maintenance Supervisor.

 

 

JOB SUMMARY:

 

Safely and effectively provide machine and facility maintenance support for the facility.

 



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

 Advanced diagnostics of electrical, hydraulic and mechanical machine problemsRepair and arrange repair from outside sources as needed.Analyze and repair Allen Bradley controllersDiagnose and repair air compressors, tower, chillers and make necessary repairs to all equipment in the facility.Train Machine Set Up and Maintenance B level workers.Perform duties of Oiler, Machine Set Up and B level as needed.



QUALIFICATIONS:High School DiplomaMaintenance experienceAdvance diagnostic skillsAbility to work independentlyAbility to perform Oiler, Machine Set Up and B level positions.
