MATERIAL AND PART HANDLERS

Mag Instrument the highly successful manufacturer of Mag-Lite® flashlights is currently seeking a self-motivated individuals to work in a fast paced environment. MATERIAL HANDLERS

 

Duties: Move production materials from storage locations to production stating areas using floor jacks, hand trucks and dollies. Count quantities of materials accurately and quickly; post quantities moved, to documents. Replenish materials levels and set up uninterrupted production wherever possible. Position requires lifting, positioning and occasionally carrying heavy objects, cartons, etc. and pulling heavily loaded floor jacks or pushing heavily loaded dollies for short distances.

 PART HANDLERS

 

Duties: Provide parts handling and orienting services to rapid cycle machine tool operations in volume production. Use floor jack, dolly or hand truck to obtain and remove production parts. Move production parts safely, effectively and quickly. Replenish parts levels in such a manner as to sustain uninterrupted production where possible or minimize delay.

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR THESE POSITIONS INCLUDE:
-HS/GED
-Must be able to work in a physical environment that is subject to temperature changes, movement of mobile and fixed equipment.
-Must be able to lift 50lbs continuously throughout your shift.
-Have the ability to operate fixed and motorized material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc).
-Complete a background check.
