Exterran is seeking Machinist - Senior for our Casper, WY location.

Primary Responsibilities and AssignmentsIdentifies the desired machined part with internal customers through the use of sketches, drawings, and/or blueprints. Selects and sets-up the proper tools and machine for each job. Operates various machine shop equipment to produce close tolerance machined parts to print specifications. May specialize in one or several machine types. Assists in troubleshooting and making repairs to production fixtures and machinery, when necessary. Works closely with engineers and technicians to attain the desired end product. Works independently under limited supervision.  Provides guidance on complex problems.  May provide work direction to junior employees.

Specific Work Background/Experience
Required:High School degree 5+ years experience as a machinist in a prototype shop environment. CNC software experiences also a plus.
 
 
Special Requirements/Additional Comments

Required: Ability to read, writes, speak and understand Basic English. Must be able to work under pressure. Must be able to work with the team in developing improved work processes for the department.
