MAIL LIST PROCESSOR

Arandell Corporation, a leader in catalog printing and distribution, is seeking a Mail List Processor. This is a remarkable opportunity for an individual who has working knowledge with computers, including Windows, Windows Explorer, and Microsoft Word.Previous catalog mailing experience is a plus. The Mail List Processor will be under the direct supervision of the Manager, Production Coordination.  He/she will assist in managing the department’s day-to-day postal related activities.  He/she must be responsible to all client needs, be prompt in obtaining requested information and be jointly responsible with Sales to assure timely completion of an order’s delivery.  He/she wil be responsible for the production of all the presort/inkjet formatted materials using POSTWARE and ACE, and will also be responsible for interdepartmental communications on their assigned accounts. We will provide training on our specific mail software.
