Maintenance Manager

LTR a National scrap tire collector, recycler, and manufacturer of materials from scrap tires is seeking a seasoned maintenance manager to work at its Baytown, TX facility.

 

Candidate must have experience in large shredding equipment, granulators, cracker rubber mills, conveyors (belt and screw type), electric panels, motors, PLC, welding, fabrication, cutting, etc. Must have managed 10 or more employees on multiple shifts; ordering materials, parts, maintain maintenance records, track cost of repairs, forecast equipment lifespan, and failure rates. The ability to get projects completed within budget and time frames to meet production goals. A safety background perfered but not required. Candidate will be required to work multiple shifts, this is a hands on position which requires the ability to multi-task, bilingual a plus. Candidate will work with directly with plant operations and General Manager to meet all facility goals.
