We are looking for a knowledgeable, skilled professional to come join our growing team at the CraftMaster Door Division plant and be part of this great career opportunity. 

 

We have an immediate opening for a Maintenance Supervisor.

 

Responsibilities:

 

* Manage and assist in the completion of the day-to-day activities such as maintenance on the building, facilities, equipment, and machinery.

* Coordinate the work of employees who repair and maintain building, facilities, equipment and machinery.

* Prepare work schedules, assign duties, and oversee the work product while minimizing overtime hours.

* Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedule program for applicable equipment and machinery

 

The ideal candidate must have:

 

* Minimum of 7 years experience in directly related field.

* Great communications skills and exceptional organization skills.

* Advanced electrical skills, CNC, and PLC experience a plus.

* A technical degree would be helpful, but not necessarily required.

Computer Skills, Dependability, Dealing with Complexity, Deadline-Oriented, Time Management, Organization
