Maintenance Tech

Lym-Tech Scientific, a world leader in the mfg of wiping products for use in critical enviroments, has an immediate opening for an exp electro-mechanical technician to perform a variety of duties in a key position.

 

The successful candidate will

 Troubleshoot & repair prod. equip. in a prompt & effcient manner. Perform general maint. on all production equip. such as guillotine paper cutters, slitter/rewinders, die cutters,  and packaging equipment .

  Monitor & maintain a preventive maint. program designed to minimize equipment downtime. Maintain a working list of all production equip. Keep accurate records of all maintenance performed & associated costs of repair & maintenance.

  Accumulate, inventory, and manage all spare parts. Purchase spare parts as required.

  Maintain & organize a library of all equipment manuals

  Evaluate & recommend for purchase new & used production equipment

  Perform instrument calibrations

Work closely with production personal to resolve equipment issues
