Duties and Responsibilities:
(a2 Maintain WHQ general ledgers
(a2 Manage monthly financial closing process for WHQ general ledgers
(a2 Analyze monthly Country Review Files
(a2 Review or prepare account reconciliations for WHQ accounts
(a2 Administer WHQ Norad system
(a2 Supervise one staff accountant
(a2 Perform accounting research and review as required
(a2 Participate in ACE activities
(a2 Review or prepare journal entries and allocations in JDE
(a2 Responsible for Quarterly Reserves and Restructuring schedules
(a2 Gather data required for bi-annual ACA Reviews
(a2 Coordinate annual budget for WHQ S,G,&A and Engineering
(a2 Complete CORPTAX schedules



(a2 Bachelor (`9s degree in Accounting

Work effectively across all levels and functions, including with external auditors
(a2 Self starter, detail oriented, and focused
(a2 Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
(a2 Knowledge of JDE G/L and A/P, CorpTax, Hyperion Enterprise, Upstream, Microsoft Office products, and mainframe applications a plus
(a2 CPA desired
