The position of IT Manager Honeywell Analytics NA is responsible for managing the business relationship and the end-to-end delivery of all IT services within the Honeywell Analytics throughout the locations within North America.
Functional Objective:
Management and development of the IT team(s) of the Honeywell Analytics at the different locations within North America aligned to the wider priorities of different projects and focused on the business needs. Improvement of the Customer Service and ownership of all IT related subjects within the business. Therefore this role will be the primary contact for the business on all IT requests and needs to coordinate between the business needs and the different IT teams within the Honeywell organization.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the day-to-day running of the IT Systems in the covered areaAdditionally working on different projects to leverage on technology to help reduce costs and increase productivityBeing a key player in the team of Business partners within the Honeywell Life Safety NA organizationDelivering key support and improvements of existing SAP and Siebel applications Manages business’s IT resources for projects or area of responsibility including hiring, assignment of projects/work, performance management (MRR), career development, compensation, training and developmentBuilds and maintains strategic relationships with internal and external customers including IT partners, senior leaders and suppliersThis includes managing relationships with suppliers of application and infrastructure services from global technology teams such as GTS (Global Technology Services) and the SAP COE (Center of Excellence)Directs the development and implementations of integrated IT initiatives to support business and IT strategiesRequired: Bachelors degree with a minimum of 5 years related experience 5+ years experience managing IT projects Leadership and team building skills and ability to develop objectives Motivate others and lead toward successful goal completion Implementation and support experience with ERP, preferably SAP Implementation and support experience with CRM, preferably Siebel Knowledge of process improvement methodology such as Six Sigma Willing to travel at times up to 25% percentHoneywell International is a $30-billion diversified technology and manufacturing global leader.
