Manager, Plant Engineer

Project Engineering: 1. Coordinate engineering projects, including design, develop and install to maintain or improve production. 2. Design /develops new and modify existing manufacturing equipment processes. 3. organize design, fabricationa and installation schedules of new systems, ensure manufacturing systems meet technical specifications and expected performance levels. 4. creates project cost estimates as well as administration of project budgets. 5. Identify and develop capital projects for the facility and manage the samewith regard to budget and scheduled responsibility. 6. Identify and implement process improvements to the manufacturing operation to improve performance, safety, quality and reduce overall operating expense. 7. Maintain  facility regulatory compliance  obligations for operating permits and regular reporting..REQUIREMENTS: BS Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering with 3-5 years experience.. 8-10 Years experience in the printing/converting industry in a project engineering role..  Hands on experience in machine design, machine shop practices, knowledge of offset and flexo printing and web converting industry.. Computer literate, including AUTOCADD, Microsoft  Office applications Well versed in ISO Standards and application.
