Manager Product Engineering

Robern is a leading manufacturer of innovative mirrored bath cabinets, lighting fixtures and complementary accessories for the bath. The company, located in Bristol, Pennsylvania, has specialized in the "art of storage" since 1968 and has been a Kohler company since 1995.


Robern has a need for a hands on Manager Product Engineering who will be responsible for leading the Engineering Product Development Team in the design and creation of new products. The innovative professional we seek must possess a minimum of 7 year’s experience in new product engineering in allied fields including building products, appliances, or other durable goods, strong project management experience, hands-on experience working in a product development environment, budgeting experience and strong leadership skills.

Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline from a ABET accredited Engineering school required. 7-10 years of experience in concurrent product development in allied fields incuding building products, appliances, other durable goods. Five-to-seven years of increasing responsibility for project and people management involving a broad range of technologies and processes. Two years of formal program management experience. Results must demonstrate an ability to build teams, make sound decisions and drive action cross functionally
