Our core values - ethics and integrity, independence, innovation and quality - are the foundation of our company and drive every decision and action we take.  If you thrive on challenges and have the ability and talent to be a Timken associate, we currently have an opportunity to join our team. This position is located in Keene, NH. Manager-Quality and Customer SatisfactionManage a team to provide contract and purchase order review to understand and communicate customer specifications or specific sourcing requirements internally for the design and manufacture of products.- Maintain and evoke customer notification process when needed.  Coordinate and document all customer approval actions.- Organize and coordinate the response for customer quality complaints.  Approve material review board activity.  Initiate GQTS and approve final quality and corrective action report(s).  Facilitate resolution of inter-company quality issues.- Maintain customer property controls.- Facilitate customer quality audits.- Monitor / Audit business KPI activity (non-manufacturing).  Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives for business functional areas Education:Bachelor’s degree Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, with 6-8 years experience Masters degree Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing with 3-5 years experience RequirementsAbility to read mechanical drawings w/ geometric tolerance & tech specsAuditing and/or quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environmentUnderstanding of basic quality system procedures Experience with measurement techniques, gauging, basic metrologyExperience with methodology to process and solve corrective actionsPC Skills including Microsoft Office Suite AssetsDatabase query skills - software and other reporting toolsLean Six Sigma Experience Watch our video to  learn more about us. www.timken.com
