Over 70% of openings are filled by current employees.  The Opportunity – The Manager of E-Business Programming has responsibility for the company’s E-Business programming team. This team supports the companies Internet, Intranet and Extranet functions. The position reports to the Director of E-Business Development. The Basic Function of this role is to direct and coordinate programming functions with responsibility for the performance management and direct supervision of the E-Business team. This includes development of standard systems and processes and then facilitating consistent application of these standards across all company business units. Programming activities include program coding and testing; documentation for procedures, methods and standards; specialized software development and programming development aids. From a people perspective you will be responsible for assigning personnel to various projects; reviewing and evaluating their work and providing feedback on performance. You will work with and support all of the companies North American operations.   What We’re Looking For In A Candidate – A four-year college degree focused on Information Technology is required. You will have supervised a team of five or more programmers.
