Manager of Finance, Planning and Analysis

Rosemount Analytical, located in Irvine, CA; a Division of Emerson Electric Co. is a leader in the development of Process Analytical Equipment (Liquid Analysis Instruments).  We have an immediate need for a Manager of Finance, Planning and Analysis.

 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining and providing complex and detailed financial analysis, plans and projections.  Responsibilities also include the preparation and maintenance of all world area expected financial information.  Must be able to coordinate, consolidate and analyze the division's annual global budgeting process and profit planning. Must also prepare special and periodic financial exhibits for various divisional & corporate financial presentations.

 

Requires a BA Degree in Business Administration Finance.  MBA preferred. Minimum of five (5) years financial analysis experience in a manufacturing environment.  Have a good understanding of general and cost accounting.  Must be proficient with Hyperion HFM and Hyperion Smart View. Excellent MSOffice skills utilizing Excel and PowerPoint required.  High analytical aptitude with good communication skills required.  Ability to identify financial issues and present them together with suggested solutions, to management.  Must be an organized self-starter who can work independently in a dynamic working environment. Must possess systems thinking and understand the interrelationship to the overall financial performance of the company.
