Job Duties:Prepare sales forecasts and collect and analyze data to evaluate current sales goals.  Assist in the development of sales quotas and forecasts for the sales team.  Collaborate with senior sales managers to design and implement compensation schemes, as well as review monthly variable pay of the sales staffCreate and analyze ad hoc sales reporting and analysis for sales teamModel impact of changes to customer pricing, programs, etc.Participate in cross-functional meetings (marketing, finance) as sales data expertDirectly manage two sales analysts

 

Knowledge and SkillsBachelors degree required in business or related fieldTwo to five years of business modeling, statistics, and/or financial reporting a plusEffective planning and organizational skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Experience with compensation design and implementation Proficient in Microsoft Access and Excel Working knowledge of SAP a plusWorking knowledge of reporting systems (experience with Cognos is a plus)  Previous experience with a CRM system (SAGE or SalesLogix is a plus)
