Manager of Talent Acquisition Systems
Altria Client Services is currently seeking a highly qualified Manager of Talent Acquisition Systems to join our Human Resources team in Richmond, VA. In addition, we believe in developing the leadership potential of our employees by providing them with opportunities for training, development and advancement.The selected candidate will be responsible for management oversight of company talent acquisition systems including system planning, design, development, validation, implementation, execution/administration, monitoring, and improvement. Specific accountabilities include:Devising talent assessment procedures to include a variety of methods for employee selection and development at all organization levelsDeveloping and managing systems to ensure talent acquisition tactics adhere both to company standards and external regulations including those directed by the EEOC, OFCCP, and USCISDeveloping communication and training tactics to support assessment efforts, and equipping HR staff and business leaders with capabilities to conduct accurate and appropriate assessmentsDetermining key talent forecasts, acquisition and development metrics, monitoring progress, taking improvement actions, and reporting resultsManaging the development and administration of supporting technologies including applicant tracking systems, internet and intranet websites, networking applications, and job boardsCoaching and developing direct reports by enhancing their professional and leadership capabilitiesSecuring and managing vendor services as needed to augment activitiesQualificationsQualifications include:"A Masters or Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology (or equivalent experience) plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in HRD, OD, OE, and/or Talent Management in large organizations"Deep knowledge and experience with formal talent assessment methodologies for development and selection, including behavioral interviewing techniques, assessment centers, and testing procedures"A proven track record of managing a team of professionals to achieve specific business results"Demonstrated knowledge and experience with staffing technologies and compliance, analysis, and reporting systems"Superb communication and presentation skillsBenefitsIn addition to the opportunity to apply your talent acquisition skills toward key business objectives, we offer an excellent compensation package, including a competitive base salary, comprehensive health/vision/dental insurance, participation in our incentive compensation and deferred profit sharing programs, as well as a relocation assistance package.To apply for this position, please click here
