As Cell Manager, you will manage all facets of cell operations applying world class manufacturing techniques in the pursuit of continuous improvement for process, quality, service, products and environment.

 

Essential Qualifications:

·  B.A. in Business, B.S. in Engineering, or equivalent and 5 years manufacturing or advanced degree and 2 years business experience.

·  Minimum of 6 to 8 years manufacturing experience.

·  2 years supervisory experience.

·  Knowledge or experience with manufacturing information systems (forecasting, MRP, SPC, labor, costing).

·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

·  Good coaching, facilitating and counseling capabilities.

·  Strong leadership qualities.
