Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor

MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities include supervising a team of engineers in supporting the daily activities of the manufacturing floor. Will analyze and plan workflow utilization, assign duties and responsibilities, implement programs and process improvement policies. Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods utilizing knowledge of product design, materials, fabrication process, assembly methods, and quality control standards.

Qualified Candidates will have:

* BS Degree (transcripts required)
* 5 years' experience supervising a team within a manufacturing environment
* Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities while problem solving quality and manufacturing issues
* Experience working with electro-mechanical design and process, including PCBA assembly
* Excellent communication skills, (written, and verbal)
* Strong attention to details, highly organized, computer literate
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment
