Manufacturing Manager - Urbana

We are seeking a Manufacturing Manager for our 300-employee production facility located in Urbana, Ohio.

 

The individual will be responsible to optimize lean manufacturing assests to the operation. They will provide leadership for the human assets of the plant to create a safe working environment while manufacturing products at the highest perceived value for our customers in regards to quality, on-time delivery and provider of value-added options. 

 



Successful candidates will have a Bachelors level education, a minimum of five years experience in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment. Experience working in an union environment, lean/six sigma knowledge, plastic expertise a plus.
