Assures compliance with the quality standards for all products. Maintains safety standards for all work areas under their control. Ensures efficient parts flow through multiple work centers to maintain schedule compliance and cost control. Enforces company attendance policy and work standards within the labor force and takes corrective actions when necessary. Helps staffing the shift to obtain maximum efficiencies and encourages teamwork between the shifts. Follows up and completes critical work schedules initiated on first shift and maintains clear and constant communications between the shifts.Assembly experience in Sheet Metal or a related industry; Lean implementation/experience required Please refer to job description.
