Candidates will provide leadership to designated shift to meet, and exceed, the manufacturing goals and objectives established for the facility.RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage the scheduling of production: set work schedules, provide training and coaching, conduct performance evaluations, and set departmental goals and expectations - Insure the appropriate level of accountability for facility goals and objectives at the team leaders and team members’ levels - Lead in the identification of quality, process, workflow, and personnel problems and works to resolve these quickly - Facilitate team leader workflow management, workforce scheduling, and team members’ placement REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum of a high school diploma, associate degree preferred - Four years of manufacturing experience with one year of supervisory experience. - ISO 9000, cellular and LEAN manufacturing experience
