Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain manufacturing documentation and reconciliation of paperwork as required for Good Manufacturing Practices and AS/ISO requirements.

2. Complete scheduled or assigned work in an efficient, timely manner as required.

3. Keep Engineering / Quality Manager and other technician(s) informed of any changes or problems with work assignments

4. Performing first articles creation of documents and taking and recording measurements.

 

5. Assist engineering in preparing customer quotes, entering routings, editing routings, processing requests for change to routings and Entering of melting tickets.

 

6. Build on preventative maintenance program data base for all equipment and determine the spares needed.

 

7. Perform calibration on Micrometers, Calipers, stand gauges and other hand measurement tools in a timely fashion.

 

8. Performing first run tooling validations and process change validations.
