Plant Manager/Operations Manager/Manufacturing Manager

ETC designs, develops, installs and maintains aircrew training systems, public entertainment systems, process simulation systems (sterilization and environmental), clinical hyperbaric systems, environmental testing and simulation systems, and related products for domestic and international customers.

We are currently seeking a Plant Manager who will be directly responsible for planning, budgeting, production and overall quality of the manufacturing facility.  This position will also be responsible for support activities that ensure only quality parts are produced on time, competitively and in compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA/ISO, OSHA and EPA).  Also, directs the development and establishment of essential technical manufacturing processes to accommodate the constant introduction of new products into the facility.  Plans, organizes, integrates and reviews staff resource input with the production function to successfully meet current production demands.

We're looking for a professional with a demonstrated ability to bring a team approach to working with engineers as well as assemblers and technicians.

 

Successful candidate will possess:

·         BS in Business or Engineering Discipline

·         Progressive manufacturing management experience of 10 years or more, preferably in medical equipment
