Learn more about ADC at www.adc.com.JOB DESCRIPTION:  The Market Development Associate plays a key role in supporting development of business strategy, marketing strategy and facilitation of execution of major global business initiatives.  The position works with ADC leaders around the world on projects that may vary widely – but all are critical to senior management on driving profitable growth.  The role provides excellent opportunity to work with and learn from senior ADC leaders globally and across all functional areas. We look for candidates who are very high potential leaders and fast learners who can start in GCS Market Development for 1-2 years before rotating to another developmental role in ADC.   This position reports directly into Vice President of Market Development and will be based in Shakopee, MN where the GCS management team is based. Market Development responsibilities include annual strategy & operating planning, major corporate transformational projects, pricing strategies and tactics, product portfolio planning, merger & acquisition integrations and geographic market opportunity development.  REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor degree, preferably a Bachelor of Science.  Top academic performance. 3-6 years total work experience. Ideal experience would include strategy consulting, financial analyst, investment banking, research analyst or product management. Demonstrated successful experience in project management and marketing strategy.
