You can learn more about INVISTA by visiting www.INVISTACareers.com Responsibilities & Expectations Manage key swimwear brands in the US for INVISTAs Swimwear segment. Identify key decision makers, develop and offering to engage them and co-ordinate efforts with global team contacts to drive developments through the changing value chain. Market INVISTAs differentiated products, innovations and brands to key swimwear accounts to gain product specification and brand identification for INVISTA. Interact with Key suppliers, document specification and A&P commitments via contracts, track efforts on web based electronic management tool, and understand/improve business profitability. Develop US Swimwear strategy by collecting market knowledge and value chain economics.* Maximize return on marketing investments via brand building and effective use of advertisint and promotion.Experience & Skills Required:* Experience in marketing to brands and retailers.* Knowledge of serving the retail industry, including metrics/critical success factors/dynamics, etc.* Proven track record of implementing market strategies with profitable results. Experience in translating customer needs to a product offering. Demonstrated success using sound business judgment; ability to evaluate risks in a highly changeable environment. Ability to prioritize tasks/direction from many competing requests. Good familiarity with PC office applications as communication tools. Self motivator, self initiator with good communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interface across all functions and teams. Ability to relate to all levels including internal/external business executives. Fluent English required. Flexibility to travel throughout North America and internationally, as required. Experience in the Apparel/Textile industry is required. Experience in translating customer needs to a product offering. Demonstrated success using sound business judgment; ability to evaluate risks in a highly changeable environment.
