The Marketing Communication Specialist position is responsible for strategically communicating with Bobcat's dealer network to provide timely, accurate and valuable information to enhance our dealers' ability to execute Bobcat's strategy. This position will execute communications planning, delivery and measurement of success to the dealer network through various channels and manage related vendor relationships. This position will also manage and execute marketing related projects including the product launch process and other marketing related events or projects.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maximize Dealer Communications: (1) Lead dealer communications annual planning (2) Manage dealer intranet site content, access, policies and procedures (3) Monitor daily intranet traffic and routinely provide analysis; continually offer suggestions and adjust for future planning. (4) Routinely seek voice of dealer to gauge effectiveness of communications, dealer aids and vendors; adjust for future planning (5) Be customer and market focused

Manage Product Launch Process: (1) Lead organization and execution of product launch meetings and communications (2) Develop, maintain and continually improve launch guidelines, expectations and materials (3)Maintain continual communication with launch team and communication council to ensure successful results

Project Management: Manage select marketing projects including developing strategy, executing successful delivery of projects, measuring results and planning for future events.

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
BS degree in marketing, business or communications.
5-7 years experience in communications and/or marketing. Must demonstrate strong communications skills and experience. Must demonstrate strong organizational skills to ensure projects are managed and completed in a manageable time frame. Must demonstrate strong decision making capabilities and be capable of self direction. Must demonstrate a complete understanding of journalistic styles. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with layout/design software is preferred.
