TFC Americas has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Communications Programs Manager in our Houston, TX Headquarters location. The Marketing Communications Programs Manager will develop media plans and packages, and is responsible for proactively developing advertising sales programs against key audience segments, educating the sales team on programs and opportunities, packaging premium content and sponsorship programs, proactively marketing programs to the sales team to assist in sell-through, and working with sales to assemble engaging programs. Responsibilities: § Develop and implement comprehensive annual integrated marketing communications strategies and programs in traditional and internet / e-commerce environments. Includes multi-faceted marketing, brand management, advertising, public relations, sales support, events / sponsorships, promotions, trade relations and more.§ Create and deploy strategic positioning platforms for effective marketing and advertising initiatives, generating compelling programs supporting multiple brands and products. § Incorporate and deliver marketing and sales platforms to shape efficient and effective new product and service offerings while maximizing revenue. § Work with Industry Marketing Managers, Product Managers and Sales Team to identify focal marketing and communications programs with high value / high return on investment (ROI) opportunities. § Establish and manage ROI requirements for all programs. Evaluate ROI, determine and implement necessary changes to programs in order to maximize results.§ Liaise with product and industry teams in the development of new marketing platforms, vertical programs, events and sponsorship opportunities.§ Develop, implement, and measure marketing initiatives for multiple brands to ensure prescribed corporate goals and objectives are supported and achieved. Facilitate successful ad hoc marketing initiatives as assigned.
