Promotions Manager

The Marketing and Promotions Manager plays a vital role in the overall success of the business.  In this key role, you will lead the following initiatives:Product Management of Selected Product LinesPromotional Marketing ProgramsPoint of Sales Material

Major Responsibilities:Product Management - Kids:Product life cycle managementPricing analysis Licensing Promotional Marketing Programs:Develop and recommend new promotional ideas to the Sales team e.g. BOGO's, coupons, cross-promotions, bonus packs, shelf talkers, violators, GWP, etc. Act as key member of the annual strategic account planning process to help identify opportunities to improve customer promotional programsPoint of Sale Material:Manage standard and custom retail display programs Develop retail marketing support materials including product and marketing brochuresAd hoc support as requested for sales and marketing teams

Qualified Candidates Will Possess:Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related business field 3-5 years' experience in a promotional/product marketing role for a consumer products company Demonstrated results in managing product lines, retail displays and promotional programsPrior experience in dealing with licensed properties for consumer products and store brand experience desired Strong financial analytical skills are a mustExcellent team player and communicator
