Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to provide marketing support for our corporate marketing department in San Antonio, Texas. The marketing representative position will be responsible for supporting all aspects of sales and marketing.  Your primary focus will be to assist with the management of Ward’s marketing activities including trade shows, advertising, newsletter, proposal development, copywriting, literature, public relations, and website development.  You will work closely with the Director of Marketing in developing Ward’s sales/marketing programs.

 

Preferred Skills/QualificationsBachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, or JournalismProficient in Microsoft Office, desktop publishing, and graphic design software Strong copywriting skills for marketing collateral including case studies, articles for publication, and quarterly newsletters.  Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projectsCoordination of trade shows including planning, logistics, and support Manage website design and content updatesStrong graphic design skillsDotNetNuke and InDesign software experience desirableProposal development experienceHighly motivated, self-starter, and creative thinkerA technology background is preferred



Compensation is commensurate with experience.
