Material Handler IV-CDL - 3rd Shift

Teva USA is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., Israel's largest pharmaceutical manufacturer operating globally in 19 countries on 5 continents Responsibilities: This position will perform various functions related to receiving, processing, shipping customer orders and managing inventory: o Operates yard tractor to jockey trailers within the loading yard, as well as transport loads to and from feeder site. o Utilizes radio freequency (RF) system and operates fork-lift to receive and put-away inbound (IB) receipts - includes physically breaking down and creating optimal sized pallets prior to put-away into inventory o Utilizes RF system and operates fork-lift to move inventory throughout the warehouse for the purpose of managing inventory and replenishing picking locations o Performs tote picks via tote management system (Pick-to-light module) - includes deployment of totes on PTL module, using PTL module to accurately pick orders from shelf to tote o Performs tote auditing / packing functions via warehouse management system (WMS), packing equipment and packing materials o Performs full carton picks via WMS generated picking labels - consists of ensuring properly matching pick labels to product, affixing labels to cartons and placing cartons on conveyor belt o Performs duties related to sorter activity - consists of moving from lane to lane to clear cartons from sort lanes to pallet, affixing labels and packing slips, shrink wrapping pallets, etc. o Utilizes RF system and operates fork-lift to load pallets on trucks for outbound (OB) shipments, as well as creating appropriate shipping documents via WMS system o Performs all of the above tasks as they pertain to the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) certified control cage and vault areas, as well as performing DEA inventory audits o Performs all of the above duties as they pertain to the refrigerated storage areas o Performs stock adjustments, cycle count reconcilliations and corrects inventory discrepancies Trains other Material Handlers on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs), as directed by supervisor. Follows Teva Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures. Other duties, as assigned, or as business needs require- i.e. general housekeeping, labeling product, cycle counting via RF system, etc. Qualifications: To be considered for the role of Material Handler, you must pass a criminal background check, a comprehensive drug test and possess the following qualifications: 1. High School Diploma or GED 2. Experience with RF technology and WMS system preferred. Fork-lift certification required. Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required. 3. 2 years in a distribution environment. Previous warehouse, logistics, forklift training, driving tractor trailers, preferred. 4. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. 5. Reliability in daily attendance and willingness to work overtime. 6. Ability to work with minimum supervision. 7. Must possess good mathematical skills. 8.
