Requirements and information:Ability/willingness to travel. Plan is to spend 60% of the first year in Graz, Austria and 40% in the US production. In the second year the time reversed 40% in Austria 60% in US. Training in Austria “on the job” learning by doing. Average stay in Graz will be about 2 months at the time. Willingness to take a German language class during the training in Austria. Training will include also an installation during a project on customer’s site.

 Necessary knowledge requirements, job profile Mechtronic:Ability to read and apply technical documentation. Determine work methods, steps and necessary tools. Plan and control work processes, assess results, apply quality management systems. Manufacture and work on mechtronic parts, assemble and adjust mechtronic components. Assemble and install mechanical electrical and electronic parts and components. Ability to check and measure electrical and mechanical units (dimensions). Install and test mechtronical hardware and software components. Install and test electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic controls. Program and test mechtronical systems. Assemble, install and test machines, equipment and systems. Install, test and adjust systems in equipment, machines and systems, take live and hand over. Service and maintain mechtronic systems. Find, correct and eliminate errors, problems and defects. Install, test and document safety equipment and procedures. Collect and document data referring to work processes and results. Train and advice customers regarding operation and maintenance of mechtronic systems.
