We are looking for a motivated individual to coordinate our catalog and e-commerce business.  As a Merchandising Coordinator you will be responsible for managing the process and schedules for both Clover and customer catalogs and websites.  You will work closely with marketing, sales and Clover customers to meet scheduled deadlines and drive product awareness based on product launches and life cycles ensuring accuracy and consistency across both catalog and web vehicles.

 

Job Responsibilities:To project manage, organize and coordinate Clover and customer catalogs.Ensure we have processes and structure in place to proactively manage the catalog schedules/reviews and website product updates based on product launches and life cycles.To act as a liaison between Product Management & Merchandising, Sales and Marketing in managing catalogs and websites; coordinating product selection, copy and customer approval.Ensure product content on Clover, Data Products and customer catalogs and websites are accurate and up to date with current products and information.Work with marketing to ensure we have current product images for entire product line to be used in both print and web.Work with Product Coordinator to ensure product information in consistent across both catalog and web vehicles.To perform other duties as assigned and contribute to company needs by accomplishing related product and sales support as needed.

Skill Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent. Three to five years in catalog and e-commerce marketing, marketing communications, and project management experience preferred.Strong attention to detail, accuracy.Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work well within a team environment.Solid project, organizational and time management skills.  Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects and meet required deadlines.Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.Basic knowledge of imaging supply and hardware products a plus.Proficient with PC with MS Office suite required – especially Excel.
