Manager, Client Services Call Center

 

 

Landau Uniforms, the premier designer and manufacturer of health care apparel seeks a Manager of Client Service Call Center who is an adept problem solver who: has excellent communication and organizational skills; is a solid and skilled team-builder and mentor; and can ensure 100% total customer satisfaction.

 

Our environment includes both in-bound order entry and up-selling, as well as outbound telemarketing and sales. Specific responsibilities include staff motivation, training and development, performance management, and budgeting. This position is responsible for continuous process improvement, for order entry and quality assurance programs, thereby improving various efficiencies. In addition to interacting with management, sales, and key account managers, this position will be expected to resolve escalated customer problems.



Candidates need to be driven to ensure total customer satisfaction, have a Bachelors Degree and 5 or more years of management experience in a small to medium sized customer service call center department, excellent organizational, interpersonal, business management, and communication skills.
