Mold Technician

Help The Company be a leader in the industry by acting as the Mold Technician who manufactures product; prepares process; maintains product quality; maintains processing system; documents actions; maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment. Qualifications Ability to lead the efforts in the documentation and utilization of Process FMEAs and Manufacturing Control Plans. Experience in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of design techniques, principles, tools and instruments involved in the production and use of precision plans, blueprints, drawings and models. Strong working knowledge of various quality and inspection requirements, manufacturing processes, and measurement techniques in addition to knowledge of chemicals and their interactions, danger signs, production techniques and disposal methods. Record of sustaining product schedules while maintaining inventory objectives and assuring maximum flexibility for change. Dedicated to exceeding quality standards and providing products and services of the highest caliber. Combines judgment, extensive experience, and business knowledge to make sound decisions. Must be able to set molds in molding machine. Set machine controls to regulate molding temperatures, volume and pressures in addition to having knowledge of the machines and tools, including their designs, uses, benefits, repair and maintenance. Maintains a safe work environment. Able to work efficiently with minimal guidance or supervision. High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
