NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER (Technical Sales Foundry Industry)

Our Client's Foundry Products Division, based in the Pittsburgh, Pa area is one of the world’s largest producers of specialty alloys such as MgFeSi Nodularisers and proprietary Inoculants for the global cast iron (grey and ductile) industry. They have production sites in Canada, Iceland, China and Norway. Their goal is to serve their customers with high quality and high value products.

They are seeking an experienced:  

NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

(Technical Sales to the Foundry Industry)If you have a degree in Metallurgy, foundry technical experience, looking for a challenging opportunity, travel in the Midwestand be financially compensated, this is a great company to be associated with and an excellent opportunity for growth.

 


1.  The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Metallurgy

2.  Ten to twenty years experience witha minimum of two years “hands-on” foundry experience in grey and/or ductile iron casting production.

 

Territory: Your territory will encompass the Midwest (Ia,Wi,Mn,In,Il Mi, Oh & Pa) If you currently reside in the Midwest, you do not have to relocate to the Pittsburgh area. A Home Office will be established where you currently reside.

 

As the National Account Manager, you will be: Accountable for the complete sales process at your selected customer baseWorking with foundries to test and approve company’s productsOffering technical support and working with customer foundries to add value and reduce production costs Representing our client at foundry technical associations such as DIS and AFS Adding your foundry skills and knowledge to compliment the Group’s strong technical “know-how” in a team-work atmosphereTraveling at a minimum of 50% of the time
