NEW Treasury Manager - Multi-billion $ Mfg. Co. Philly Suburb

TREASURY MANAGER

Multi-billion $ Mfg. company with locations in the US, Hong Kong, UK, Australia, and Pacific Rim. 

Company is growing rapidly and seeking a strong Treasury Manager in their Philly suburb corporate headquarters.  Oversee the domestic cash management function and serve as a global national cash pool coordinator.Supervise daily activities of two Treasury Analysts and approve ACH and wire transfers.  Assure that proper internal controls are maintained in the receipt and disbursement of cash and in the custody of petty cash and marketable securities.  Prepare debt covenant compliance reports, Management Discussion & Analysis and Ad-hoc reports as required.Make daily borrowing and investing recommendations and review bank fees and investment returns with the goal of maximizing return.Prepare management reports summarizing the company's financial posture in relation to liquidity (available cash and unused revolver balances) outstanding debt balances, asset securitizations, letters of credit and derivative hedging contracts. Identify leasable capital expenditures and assist in securing lease financing for major processing equipment and rolling stock purchases.Coordinate pension and other benefit funding activities.  Provide assistance to HR, as required, in the administration of pension, 401K and health & welfare plans.  Assist with special projects including financial modeling and evaluation of potential mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, determination of the company's cost of capital, lease-vs.-buy analysis, internal rate of return analysis, economic value added, benchmark analysis and what-if scenarios. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 BS degree in Accounting/ Finance Knowledge of cash management operations Knowledge of debt, lease, and securitization arrangements Strong Analytical Skills Good oral and written communication skill required Knowledge of financial accounting and reporting  (Big 4 experience a plus) Familiarity with a treasury workstation application a plus Knowledge of Oracle and Hyperion Enterprise a plus Manufacturing experience.
